At 4,634 meters (15,203 feet), Monte Rosa is the second-highest peak in the Alps, surpassed only by Mont Blanc. However, in terms of size and prominence, Monte Rosa is the largest mountain massif in Europe, stretching across the Swiss-Italian border between Zermatt (Switzerland) and Alagna (Italy).
Monte Rosa is also home to the highest mountain hut in Europe and features seven major summits, making it a prime destination for both high-altitude mountaineering and ski touring.
Our guided group tours offer a safe and organized ascent, whether you choose a classic summer climb or a ski touring adventure.
We offer multiple tour dates, each confirmed one week before departure based on weather conditions. It is recommended to have an extra day available for flexibility in case of changing conditions.
If you’re booking solo, we will match you with a climbing partner, provided there are enough individual participants. Each rope team consists of two climbers per mountain guide, ensuring safety and optimal pacing.
If you prefer private guidance (one-on-one guiding), we can provide it for an additional fee.
Important: The climb takes place regardless of weather conditions up to a point that remains safe and achievable.
In addition to scheduled group tours, we also offer private ascents at any time.
